ART is committed to keeping you SAFE! TCLP testing on shredded tires show that the compounds leached from tire material is 1-3 times less than those TCLP regulation and EPA primary drinking water samples. In addition, our colorant, manufactured here in the United States met criteria established by 1) American National Standard Specifications to Minimize Hazards to Children from Residual Surface Coating Materials – F963-96a, 2) Consumer Products Safety Act for usage on children’s furniture and toys and 3) The Federal Hazardous Substance Act lead content provisions under 16 CFR 1303. Our colorant is also treated with biocides, mildewcides and/or fungicides to inhibit the growth of dangerous microbes for years after application.
