Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unopened, original packaging.  Returns shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and returns must be clearly marked with RMA number received from American Rubber Technologies.  RMA may be obtained by emailing sales@americanrubber.com stating reason for return.  Proof of purchase from RubberStuff Mulch (American Rubber Technologies) or authorized dealer will be required and you may be required to submit sample of material to qualify for RMA.

 

If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order, however please be aware in cases other than damages that may have happened during transit - you will be responsible for BOTH delivery and return shipping charges without an RMA number as explained above. As all sales are “Freight On Board” (FOB - meaning that title ownership of the goods transfers to customer when goods are loaded onto truck at seller’s facilities).  American Rubber Technologies is not responsible for guaranteeing any specific delivery date.
